The common issues and their resolutions do not apply to my imported theme as I had no issue with importing the content is the layout that is not the same as your demo which is becoming frustrating.
I buy themes all the time and import demo data for clients so I know what I am doing, unfortunately I think there is an issue with your demo import tool that is causing this.

I have tried few times to import the demo data from fresh installs but having the same result every time.

Your theme is one of the best, hence selecting it for our next project, and really don’t have the time to start fixing small issues.
If you have a resolution to our issue, please let me know so that I can implement, otherwise I will have no other choice but to find an alternative which I really do not want as I love your design and layout.
