Hi Miguel, 🙂
I do understand your issue. I did my best to find some related topics to help you understand where this issue might coming from.
We remind you that a theme affects the presentation and visual style of your site, while plugins add all kinds of features and functionality. As this issue is related to buddypress and WPML, it’s best if you try to reach the plugins’ authors. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.
In conclusion, we have no idea how to solve this. Note that when a plugin is defined compatible to a theme, this means it has been implemented to make it compatible with the style. Our theme does not intervene in this feature, which means that it is not the cause of it.
I’m sure WPML will be able to help you find if this issue is related to their plugin or BuddyPress. To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums:

We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
We thank you for your understanding.
