    installation is not going as shown in the demo
    try to install many times two days, even install on a fresh WordPress installation.
    On fresh installation with default demo.
    Website speed is slow too. Not the same as to mention on the theme listing.
    Many features are missing.

    The support system is strange.
    No ticket system to get an instant solution.
    means if any problem happened, need to wait for 1 to 2 days or more

    Anyway, as i dont want my customers to suffer and save time, i already bought another.
    And another working smoothly.

    My best advice make easily approachable way so that client will contact and get service on time

Please note that we provide support only during belgian business hours : Monday to friday, from 8:30 am – 5:30 pm CEST. Our response time can be up to 1 business day.     Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:

    Demo Import Troubleshooting – Common Issues and Resolutions

    In most cases, these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

    We use WP Engine to host all our demos (https://wpengine.com/). The performance of your website can also be improved, like our demos, by WP Rocket (https://wp-rocket.me/). Finally, we may also recommend Imagify (https://imagify.io/), to shrink your images with lowest quality loss.

    You can always add more stuff to improve your page loading time but this is a pretty good start.

    Please be aware that too many plugins will considerably slow down your page loading time. So, we advise to stick to the bare minimum!
    Our theme offers a built-in setup wizard if you wish to import one of our demos but you can skip it and start your website without installing any plugin or importing any demo content as only two plugins (Grimlock and Kirki) are actually required to make our theme perfectly work. Not every use-case is the same and we believe that our customers should be left with the decision of what to and not to install. You can rest assured that our theme will work fine and perform better without few plugins installed.

    the problem still not solved
    sorry i dont like this kind of support
    i already bought another theme i would like to go for a refund.
    This kind of support is not real support.
    this kind of support called forum-based support.
    you haven’t mention clear on your ThemeForest listing that you guys will give forum-based support

    Can you confirm you reached out to your hosting company and asked them to increase this limit for you, as suggested in my previous message with the commons issues? If you want to do it yourself, we suggest you to add the following snippet via FTP at the .htaccess file:

    php_value post_max_size 32M
    php_value upload_max_filesize 32M
    php_value memory_limit 256M
    php_value max_execution_time 300
    php_value max_input_time 300
    php_value session.gc_maxlifetime 86400

    Please note we’ll do our best to find the solution and make it work.

    you guys need to mention that you have forum-based support.
    No standard support.
    As my problem still not solve. and i dont to waste more time on it
    If you want to return the money it’s ok.
    But i am free to share my views and feedback for the same
