Hi,
I installed the Gwangi theme and I’m trying to use it with LearnDash and its addons – The Tin Canny LearnDash Reporting plugin.
Specifically, I’m trying to use the feature that restricts the “Mark Complete” button until the SCORM modules are completed in the course.
It doesn’t work once I activate the Gwangi theme. With the default WordPress theme the Mark Complete restriction works fine.
Any idea what could be the issue and how can we solve it?
Thanks!

Could you please create a new website user for us? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.Cheers,

26/11/2019 at 13:40 #8574Hi @lumenis,
It seems that this issue is related with the configuration of a third party plugin (TIN CANNY LEARNDASH REPORTING), not with the use of your theme.
Unfortunately, this plugin is not supported by our theme. In addition to that, by changing temporarily the theme (to Twenty nineteen theme), we noticed that the option still doesn’t work.
So we assume that the plugin must have an issue. We suggest you to contact the support of this plugin for more information (https://www.uncannyowl.com/support/).
Note that as theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.Regards,
26/11/2019 at 14:01 #8575It is acceptable that you do not support this plugin and that’s OK.
But the issue doesn’t occur with the default WordPress theme.
Please make sure that you test it with the Legacy template of LearnDash.Anyhow, since you do not support this plugin which is a core function on our website, I would appreciate a license cancellation and a refund. How can I get that?
Thanks.
26/11/2019 at 14:18 #8576Hi @lumenis,
Unfortunately, legacy template pack is not supported by our theme. Gwangi support only the new LearnDash 3.x template pack.
If you wish to get a refund for Gwangi, please introduce your request via ThemeForest.
Best regards,
26/11/2019 at 14:42 #8577I understand. I will follow the themeforest procedure.
Although I can’t use the theme, please note that I think that it looks great.
I hope it will get sorted out in the future and we will consider buying it again.Thanks.
26/11/2019 at 14:50 #8578No worries @lumenis and thank you for your kind words :).
We wish you great luck with your project.
