‘WordPress Customizer / Appearance / Hero‛ cannot be edited with elementor.It seems that you need to edit style.css of the theme file directly.

Hi @thiki,
Did you start to build your website with the Youzer demo installed? To my knowledge, it’s the only one with Grimlock Hero activated.
Do you have Elementor set as your primary page builder or do you mainly edit your website with the Customizer (via “Appearance > Customize”)?
In that case, in a very similar way as @youfriend has suggested, you can use the vertical padding to center the title and subtitle. If that does not solve your issue, could you provide us with screenshots of your website please? Please don’t hesitate to comment or highlight your screenshots to help us better understand your issue.
