Hi Sumit,
1) When starting with a fresh install, you must follow the steps described in the setup guide: https://doc.themosaurus.com/gwangi-setup-guide/
This guide is also available in your admin panel. Please navigate to “Appearance > About Gwangi > Setup Guide” to open it.Once you followed the steps described in the guide, you will have the same setup as the basic demo: https://basic.gwangi-theme.com/
You can start from there to create your website and add the features you want (shop, agenda, contact forms). Just follow the documentation posts or support topics from our website.
2) Author Avatars List (https://wordpress.org/plugins/author-avatars/) and Grimlock for Author Avatars List are not mandatory for the theme to work properly. So, these plugins aren’t packaged with theme. We are currently expanding our documentation and we should have mentioned this point.
First, you will need to download Grimlock for Author Avatars by clicking on the following link:
http://files.themosaurus.com/grimlock-author-avatars/grimlock-author-avatars.zipAfter installing and activating, you will be able to create members lists with the “Grimlock Author Avatars Section” widget. The settings are nearly the same as the other Grimlock section widgets (General/Layout/Style).
Then, you can query for users and display the results on your homepage. This widget is best used in the Customizer as it allow you to preview your changes. To edit your widgets in the Customizer, please navigate to “Customize > Widgets”.
For more, please read the following post:3) Can you please be more specific? If this issue isn’t related with the theme demo setup, can you please create another topic? It is easier for us to keep track of precise issues for each topic. Thank you very much.
4) WooCommerce Memberships or Paid Memberships Pro might be great solutions to apply these restrictions to your website. Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme (Gwangi) and our plugins (Grimlock suite).
We invite you to ask for more help with these projects on their support forums.
5) The menu provided in your demo should be the same as the Basic demo (https://basic.gwangi-theme.com/). For more menu tutorials, please refer to the related documentation section:
https://doc.themosaurus.com/category/gwangi/gwangi-2-website-setup/gwangi-22-menus/We hope these replies will help you with your setup.
Regards,

Seems like you people dont care about the real support. Just referring to documents is not going to help. I have gone through the documents and didn’t find what I was looking for and so raised this ticket.
I expect a reply, NOT just link to some random documents. I do not see any option for Events. Can you provide me step-by-Step instructions on these issues:1) In the menu I am not getting the “Events” sections, like in your demo.
2) I am not seeing the “members’ on the home page, like in your demo. I dont even see the widget to do it.Please DO NOT share anymore links to your documents. Its NOT detailed and DO NOT help.

Hi Sumit,
We are sorry that our documentation could not help you resolve your issue. We try our best to make our documentation as detailed as we can to provide answers to the most common questions, hence why we linked these articles to try and help you.
Please be aware that the demo imported by following the setup guide matches our basic demo (https://basic.gwangi-theme.com/) which is why you don’t see the “Events” menu and “Members” on the homepage.
Here is how to add them:
- To add the “Events” menu, you need to create a “grid style” mega menu with images. To do that, you can refer to this video which shows the exact steps for you to reproduce this style of menu: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2KvvSIWpUw8
You can then follow these steps to build your menu with any link you want (in this case, the events calendar links) - To add the “members” section:
- First, install and activate the Author Avatars List plugin (https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/author-avatars/) and the Grimlock for Author Avatars plugin (http://files.themosaurus.com/grimlock-author-avatars/grimlock-author-avatars.zip)
- Then navigate to Appearance > Customize to open the WordPress Customizer
- In the Customizer, navigate to Widgets > Homepage
- Click “Add widget” and add a “Grimlock Author Avatars Section” widget
- Review the attached screenshots to see the exact configuration of the widget from our classic demo. Since the title of the widget cannot be entirely seen in the screenshot, here it is:
<span>Meet our</span> <br /><ins>Active Members</ins>
We hope this can help you setup your website.
