    Hello, i have installed the theme, but icons are missing, how can i fix this problem? in all parts that suppose to have icons they are missing

    Hi Candice,

    Something is probably preventing the loading of your font files.
    Can you please send us the URL to your website and maybe create an user with admin capabilities for us? You can mark this next reply as private.

    We’ll give a look and try to give you through the resolution of this issue.

    Hi Candice,

    As you may have noticed, we have solved your missing icons issue. The problem came from your caching plugin that was moving the CSS stylesheets to another directory. Every link to the font files thus were wrongly defined.

    So, we have excluded the theme stylesheet from this compression and it’s now working fine.
