It seems that this issue was also related with your very defensive caching plugin (WordPress Better Minify). We have the order of the stylesheet mergers to make sure that the CSS code is loaded in the correct order and that your menu is correctly displayed without breaking.
Can you please confirm us that it has solved your issue? You might need to empty your browser cache to review these changes.
