The page works quite slow, to log in is slow, to register, to search for profiles, that is a very big problem because no one wants to use a slow page and does not sell, how do I solve the problem?
I already put a cache plugin (wp rocket) but it’s still slow.October 6, 2020 at 08:59 #23952@themodactyl- 0 Topics

You already sent it to me and it is not worth it, with what it says nothing is solved. This is your problem and you have to solve it yourself because if the page is slow it is useless because nobody registers and nobody buys, but you solve the problem and make everything go fast I will have to ask for the money back because your website is useless.

Thank you for your feedback @satisfyu.
Please be informed that too many plugins will considerably slow down your page loading time. We advise you to stick to the bare minimum!
Your website may be slow but that doesn’t exclude the influence of plugins (and the number of queries they’re throwing). If you really wish to see which plugin is mostly responsible for slowing down your website, I suggest that you take install and activate this plugin:
https://wordpress.inspector.io/Finally, I really suggest you to test Gwangi against online tools and really know the performance of our theme WITHOUT all those plugins activated, please feel free to use the following demo: https://theme-unit-test.gwangi-theme.com/
You will see that the page loading times are significantly faster. We have at heart to provide the best support possible to our clients. However, note that this issue is related with the use of third party plugins, not with the use of our theme. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we provide.
For all refund requests, please review the Envato Refund policy:

https://themeforest.net/page/customer_refund_policyIf your issue is matching the described conditions, please introduce your request to Envato. It will be redirected to us.
Thank you for your understanding. 🙂
