Good afternoon
I have detected a failure in the member filter, when you search for a field in which no member matches, the query returns all the user profiles.
Example: in my web there is no one of 18 years old but when I look for people from 18 to 18 years old I get all the profiles. I really would not have to leave any.
You can tell me how to solve it.

It’s odd because if we do a member search (from 18y to 18y), the results only show members who are 18 years old.

Failure occurs when there is no one in that search range, instead of declaring that a “no encotrado” returns to all users.
Have you tried with search results that you know that there are no members with that criteria?

After some testing we do not understand where this problem may come from.
On our side, a message informs when there is no result (https://classic.gwangi-theme.com/members/?field_1_contains=&field_16=&field_65_age_range_min=89&field_65_age_range_max=98&field_20=&field_3=&field_any_contains=&bp_profile_search=205).This must come from the configuration of the form itself (fields type).

We have already solved it I leave the answer of the provider of the plugin, in case someone needs:
There is a known bug in “Paid Memberships Pro – BuddyPress Add On” that causes the issue you are having.
You can ask the authors to fix the bug, or you could fix it yourself. The change is detailed here:
