Hello
I am annoyed by the random generation of 404 pages when it comes to consulting member files.
I have tried to find the problem myself without success.
Disabling plugins (SEO, Secupress, PMPRO, Chat …), cache did not allow me to find any conflict. The error is random and not permanent. When viewing a member’s details, it takes you back to the home page. It seems more systematic when viewing from the members-swap page but it also happens from the members page.
I tried with several profiles (admin, account with / without subscription) and it is not convincing.
I’ve been going around in circles for several days.
Thank you for your help.November 7, 2020 at 14:14 #25891@themodactyl- 0 Topics

Hi @icharme,
We’re sorry you facing this issue.
My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
Thank you.

Hi,
I desactivate all plugins I can and WPRocket. In my first approach, I forgot to clean cache browser.
I activate one by one plugin and test after cleaning cache browser.
No more issue…very strangeI finally activate WP Rocket and generate cache.
No 404 issue for the moment.I will continue my survey as the issue was random.
I will open new tickets for another minor issues (css maybe) I detected.
Regards.David
