Hi Tradecenter2020, 🙂
Can you confirm this page is created?
Please note that this issue is related with the use of Paid Memberships Pro, not with the use of your theme. It’s best if you try to reach the plugin authors as they will be more informed and better suited to help you.
To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums:
https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/support/We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
Best,

Thank you Tradecenter2020 for your feedback.
This plugin is not packaged with our theme, but it is compatible.
We remind you that a theme affects the presentation and visual style of your site, while plugins add all kinds of features and functionality. As this issue is related to Paid membership Pro, it’s best if you try to reach the plugins’ authors. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.
However, we can help you to understand from where this issue’s coming from. 🙂
First of all, could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
Thank you.

I have disable all unnecessary and also disable cache and security plugin but no luck!
The theme version is not the latest version. The reason I have not updated the theme is the new version of theme have not “Template: Full Width” in page attributes.
How reach it in new version of them?
