Could you make sure that all your permalink structure is properly set? You can find out more about this by navigating to Settings > Permalinks.
Also, in your case, I would recommend to flush your rewrite rules as it looks like your website has a hard time to process URLs. Simply install and activate Rewrite Rules Inspector (https://wordpress.org/plugins/rewrite-rules-inspector/) and flush your rules by going to Tools > Rewrite Rules.
It could solve your your issue.

I checked permalink structure and it not changed.
I installed the plugin you suggested and it worked. Will I run into such problem again?

I’m glad to read that you’ve been able to solve this!
Well it can happen, but not frequently. Some plugins are adding post types and new URL rewrite rules, and activating or deactivating them has a tendency to mess up the system. If any issue comes up, simply flush your rules and all your URLs should be OK. 🙂
