Hi, I have an issue with the display of members page. For each member I get 2 rectangles one above the other. When I inspected the page I got this :
<svg xmlns=”http://www.w3.org/2000/svg” width=”350” height=”400” version=”1.1” style=”max-width: 100%;width: 100%;height: auto;”><rect width=”350” height=”400” fill=”gray” style=”max-width: 100%;width: 100%;height: auto;”></rect></svg>
for the top rectangle
and
img src=”[avatar image]” class=”avatar user-2-avatar avatar-350 photo” width=”350” height=”400” alt=”Profile picture of Sweetness”
for the other one.
Thanks for your help.

Hi,
You can check the page at : http://blackwelove.com/members/
The browser is chrome Version 70.0.3538.77
In the same time can you check the profile menu for example for member : http://blackwelove.com/members/sweetness/. As you will see, the menu is collapsed with a “Menu” button at the right of the screen.
Thank you.

Hi @proxy92,
It seems you don’t have the latest version of the theme and/or our plugins.
Gwangi latest update : 1.1.7
Gwangi Sensual latest update : 1.1.4Updating your theme and all the required plugins to the latest version should fix this issue.
If you have correctly updated Gwangi and Grimlock and the problem should now fixed. You might be still seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). So to see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you:
https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-clear-cache-2617980To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (https://envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your Gwangi theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
To update a child theme (before v1.0.7), you have to download the full Themeforest package and replace your desired child theme.
After v1.0.7, the child themes have automatic updates.Regards,
