    I’m trying to change the background colour of the top bar from white (#FFFFFF) to a yellow colour. I’ve tried several areas in the customizer, the pre-header, the navigation etc. It does not affect the background colour in this area. Now I tried changing the Global->Background->Colour – and it worked!

    Is this really how it should be?
