Hi @abourne,
Unfortunately we are unable to reproduce that issue on our side. We believe this is most likely an issue with one of the plugins installed on your website. Maybe something like a social login plugin that would add a “registered” activity in addition to the default one? I also noticed that on the first screenshot (the one named “Screenshot-227”), the name of the user is different between the two “registered” activities.
To go further, my advice would be to first update all your plugins to see if the issue is still happening. Then check all your BuddyPress plugins settings, especially if you’re using a social login plugin, to see if one of them has an option related to that type of activity and if you can eventually disable it. And if that still doesn’t help, I’m afraid you’ll have to find out which plugin is causing it and then contact their support service to see if they can help.
