Hello,
I recenely purchased this theme and encounteed an error message on the Home page for two sections. The error is “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”
Can you please help? I attached a picture for your review. Thank you!

We’re sorry to read you’re facing this issue. It is very likely caused by a server misconfiguration. In most case, a module is missing on the server and cause this issue. We suggest you to reach your host and ask them to activate the “mime_magic” module on your server.
Don’t hesitate to keep us up to date about this issue. In case activating this module doesn’t solve this error, please come back to us.

Thank you very much Manathan for the assistance. I will contact my hosting to get it resolved. By the way, we love the template it is very easy to work, clean and easy to navigate. I do still need to get familiar with it, and will send another ticket for a different question. You can close this ticket it you’d like. Thanks again!
