Hi Pratik Anand,
When exactly to you get redirected? Is it when you proceed to the demo import with WordPress Importer?
Also, we cannot find the attached image in your first reply. Can you please add it to your reply ?
Thank you for your response.

Hi,
We’ve been able to reproduce the issue and have been redirected to the 404 page.
It might be caused by misconfiguration in your .htaccess file or by an insufficient memory allocation for your server. Can you provide us with a WordPress log file ? To activate logging on your website, just turn WP_DEBUG to true, like following:
define ('WP_DEBUG', TRUE);
You will find this constant in your wp-config.php file.
More on this in the following topic: https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPressThank you for your reply.

Hi,
Can you also provide us with your latest WordPress logs? So we can see if the importer triggers any errors or warning.
Thank you in advance.

Hi Pratik Anand,
As we can assess in the provided logs, these errors aren’t related with the use of our theme but more with your server configuration and maybe file permissions.
The following post might help you find a solution:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/17583341/error-500-premature-end-of-script-headersUnfortunately, the debugging of server-side misconfigurations isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme (Gwangi) and our plugins (Grimlock suite).
We invite you to ask for more help with your server hosting support.
Cheers,

For better debugging purposes, maybe you can deactivate all plugins, activate a default WP theme (i.e. Twenty Seventeen) and then try to run the WP Importer with the following file:
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/WPTRT/theme-unit-test/master/themeunittestdata.wordpress.xmlThis may confirm that the problem is related with your configuration and it will give you the necessary logs to transfer to your server hosting support.
We hope this will help.
Cheers,

Do you know which version of PHP should I be using?

Hi @pratik-anand
You can check the WordPress prerequisites here: https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/.
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.2 for PHP.Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.
We hope this will help.
