Thank you for your precious feedback. There is definitely an issue in our theme which will be fixed in the next update.

In the meantime, to change this, simply add the following code snippet to your website:

.yz-profile-photo-effect .yz-profile-img img {
	width: 116px !important;
	height: 116px !important;
}

@media screen and (min-width: 768px) {
	.yz-profile-photo-effect .yz-profile-img img {
		width: 146px !important;
		height: 146px !important;
	}	
}
