Hello,
After the first installation of the Cera theme, we received several errors (Server Error – 403 Forbidden) regarding the permissions of some files.
As an example of this problem, below you can see one of the errors in our server log and console respectively:
– “[core:crit] (13)Permission denied: AH00529: /var/www/vhosts/wizardly-poincare.138-201-30-133.plesk.page/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/cera/assets/js/vendor/.htaccess pcfg_openfile: unable to check htaccess file, ensure it is readable and that ‘/var/www/vhosts/wizardly-poincare.138-201-30-133.plesk.page/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/cera/assets/js/vendor/’ is executable, referer: https://wizardly-poincare.138-201-30-133.plesk.page/wp-content/themes/cera/assets/js/vendor/bootstrap.min.js?ver=4.1.3”.– Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) (…/wp-content/themes/cera/assets/js/vendor/bootstrap.min.js?ver=4.1.3)
Let us know if you need more information from our side about this issue.

Hi George,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
Usually, the setup wizard should make the demo import run smoothly, but issues can occur sometimes. Please give a quick look to the following post, as we address the most installation common issues:
In most cases, these type of issues are caused by server misconfigurations. I think this might be the case for you as it seems to be related to the permissions of some files.. Please check the WordPress prerequisites here: WordPress Requirements.
For better performance (and better security) we obviously recommend the version 7.4 or greater for PHP. Nevertheless, if this is not possible for you (server type, incompatibilities with plugins, etc.) we recommend at least version 5.6.X.
To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from your server hosting support because we believe that they’ll be better informed and more suited to help you. They might have to change the permissions access on your server.
Don’t hesitate to keep us up to date of the situation. By sharing the solution with us, I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻

Dear Manathan,
Thank you very much for your prompt reply!
We were able to clarify the issue with our server hosting support and have reconfigured some security measures. Everything seems to work as expected.
