Hi Candice,
Great news if you’ve already found a solution to your first issue.
By missing icons, do you mean that it’s related with this topic?
In that case, we’ll close the current to do the follow-up in the other. It will keep the forum clean. ??
Thank you for your reply.
Cheers,

Hi Candice,
It seems that this issue was also related with your very defensive caching plugin. We have excluded some JS scripts to make sure that your member directory page was correctly loaded without breaking.
Can you please confirm us that it has solved your issue?

Hi Candice,
Well, you have indeed several options to solve future issues:
1) Removing your caching plugin but you will be loosing every performance improvement made;
2) Going further with your current settings and fixing issues each time they present themselves, and thus excluding more and more files from your cache;
3) Installing a new caching plugin.We use WP Engine to host all our demos (https://wpengine.com/). The performance of your website can also be improved, like our demos, by WP Rocket (https://wp-rocket.me/). Finally, we may also recommend Imagify (https://imagify.io/), to shrink your images with lowest quality loss.
You can always add more stuff to improve your page loading time but this is a pretty good start.
Please be aware that too many plugins will considerably slow down your page loading time. So, we advise to stick to the bare minimum! 🙂
We hope it helps.
