Do you know if there is a way to have all the accounts that didn’t upload a profile picture to be automatically be put below the ones that do have a profile picture?

Unfortunately, this feature is not available with BuddyPress and to our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to add this feature to your website. We think that this feature requires custom development work. In consequence, our recommendation is to hire a freelancer to do this job for you.

Kay. And would it be interesting for you to have these profiles without a picture to not be in the swiping area? This might be interesting for you to implement in your plugin?

It will not be usefull to hide them, as some users will not understand why they aren’t on the members swipe.
However, we think this plugin might catch your attention: BuddyPress Force Profile Photo.
