Hi
I’m having issue with activation emails not delivered to subscribers. I read in one of your replies saying it might be an issue with the host. I use bluehost. How do I get help from them concerning this issue. I have over 500 pending subscribers waiting for the activation emails. System shows the email are sent but users haven’t received their emails yet, could it still be a host issue?

Thank you for bring this issue to our attention. This issue can occur when your activation or registration email is either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.

Note that our theme has nothing to do with emails, as it does not handle them and does not modify them at all.
In case your hosting provider doesn’t answer you, we suggest you to ask for more help on the BuddyPress support forums:
https://buddypress.org/support/Please note that, waiting the solution, you are able to activate your users’ account manually in Dashboard > Users.
