Hello, is it possible to add these groups at the time of registration? I want the users to complete their profile with all the fields that I have created

By default, BuddyPress will only show the “Basic” field group in your registration form and there is no option to add more field groups at the moment.
However, if you want to force your users to complete all the required profile fields, the BuddyPress Profile Completion plugin should help you:
But please note that this plugin is currently untested with Gwangi so we cannot guarantee that everything will work and be displayed as expected.

And some other way of doing it without using a plugin? I have too many plugins on my site to download another one.I want my users after registering, fill in all the fields of the profile and put your profile picture and its cover

Unfortunately, there is no other way around than using a plugin. Even if you hire a developer for custom work, they will end up creating a plugin for you, or making a child theme which is ultimately the same as a plugin.
Knowing that, if the plugin I suggested doesn’t suit your needs, you can still hire a developer to make that feature for you.
