I have selected “Elementor Canvas” to have a Home page without Search bar and Left side menu and it has removed both. But I want to add few things on top/header as below:
1. Logo on left
2. Menu and sub-menu (Home, Service, Resources, etc.)
3. “Sign in” link and “Get Started” button.Kindly assist.

This very easy requirement has still not been respected by you as you keep on posting topics including multiple subsections and it make our support job more difficult.
If you wish to edit the header, preheader and navigation of your pages, we recommend that you select the “Elementor Full Width” page template. This will display the theme footer which will be editable from your Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Appearance > Preheader” or “Appearance > Customize > Widgets” to change the displayed widgets in the preheader, for instance. The same goes for the Navigation and Header components.

As suggested above I used “Elementor Full Width” page template, but again the Left menu that I don’t want appears back. The Left menu only disappears when I use “Elementor Canvas” page template and it also removes top Login and Register buttons, which is wrong.
I want to create a simple Home Page with Menu on top for Home, Services, Contact Us, etc. and 2 buttons on top right for Login & Register and rest of the page as-it-is. How to do this?
Also, Is it possible to have separate Home page as per above requirement and after user login it shows the Dashboard?

Pls. find attached screenshot as requested.
Two images of different Home pages with different page template. One is used with “ELementor Full Width” page template, where it shows Left menu, Search bar and Login button. Second is used with “Elementor Canvas” page that’s without Left menu as I want, but it also removes Login button and I also want a Home page menu like Home, About Us, Contact Us, etc. on top.
So, when user clicks on Login button it shows the login popup dialog and after user’s login it should show the Dashboard and other things.
Hope you understood my requirement.

This is standard design with our theme, I’m afraid.
As this is not breaking the page, changing this is considered customization work. Unfortunately, this is a service that we do not provide.
We only share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.
If you want to go further with the customization of your website, we advise that you hire a freelancer to do it for you.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Envato Studio freelancers (https://studio.envato.com/explore/websites-programming). This web platform gives you access to developers who have already experience with theme customizations, and for very competitive prices.

In regards to your above suggestion, Can you guide us to setup a website exactly same like yours https://cera-theme.com, a Home page with Hero, Demo part, Features, 4 columns with more features, 4 Simple Steps, etc. and we’ll put 2 buttons on top-right for login and register. By clicking on Login and Register, it will redirect to their respective pages.
Is it a multi-site setup? Can you help us to build our website same like yours?
