After user login it gives 404 error page instead of going to Dashboard.
How to change this?

Hi @rizenindia,
My best guess is that your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?
Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. Finally, you could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.
Thank you.

Hello,
I have tried disabling all the 3rd party plugins, but still it gives 404 error page after user name and password is entered.
Also, the installed theme version is v1.1.1.
Kindly suggest.
Thanks

Hi @rizenindia,
As I said in your previous topic, you’re using an outdated version of the theme. Could you please try to update your theme to the latest version to see if it fixes the issue ?
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (https://envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
Cheers, 🙂

Hi @rizenindia,
You have recently given the following rating to Cera:
https://themeforest.net/ratings/3185882Our support does not seem to reach your standards.
We have at heart to provide our community with the best possible support, all centralized on the same platform. That way, it’s easier for us to keep track of issues and share screenshots, walkarounds, code snippets or video tutorials in order to help you to find the best solution.
To do so, we ask our community to comply to verify simple rules, like splitting long and convoluted questions into short straight-to-the-point questions, like sharing highlighted screenshots as much as possible or like posting one topic per request or subject. This way, it is easier for our support team to manage the overall flow of customer questions, which helps handle all requests, including yours, faster.
We’re usually experiencing a significant volume of enquiries and our response time could be up to 1 business day. This delay helps us to handle the queue and make sure that all customers benefit from the best support possible.
By complying those simple rules, you can rest assured that we will handle your request as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding.
Regards,

Hi @themosaurusrex,
It has been 3+ days and there is no update or solution provided for our above query since our rating. This is really disappointing and so unprofessional.
Kindly suggest on solving the above issue at the earliest.
Thanks

Hi @rizenindia,
Thank you for sharing your honest opinion.
We ask our community to comply to verify simple rules, like splitting long and convoluted questions into short straight-to-the-point questions, like sharing highlighted screenshots as much as possible or like posting one topic per request or subject. This very easy requirement has still not been respected by you as you keep on posting topics including multiple subsections and it make our support job more difficult.
Your issue might probably caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.
Thank you.
