Hi Erike,
We think it is possible by using a third party plugin. We recommend that you install and activate Easy Custom Sidebars, if you have not done it already. This plugin will allow you to override existing sidebar for a specific page. However, as the directory and profile page are related, you’ll have the same sidebar in these two pages.
For more about this, please read the following tutorial as it explains every steps to create your own sidebars:

Thank you Erike, we value the suggestions of our users. However, this feature is related to the use of BuddyPress, not our theme.
It will require that BuddyPress uses two different templates. One for the profile page and another for the directory. Unfortunately, this feature is not available with BuddyPress. I really suggest you to address this feature to BuddyPress team. They might have a solution that we don’t know of.
To go further, we invite you to post your request on their support forums: buddypress.org/support
We remain available for all support requests related with the use of your theme.
