    Hi,

    I just launched my website and already I am getting people telling me i cant sign up when i am sure they was able to before as i have a few test accounts on there.

    When i try to register as a member on the register page, it then states where the username is – ‘Consent is required’?

    How do i get people to sign up without no error messages or problems..

    Please advise

    Can you please create a new website user for us? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
