    Under a “test” profile, we are unable to upload any media. I click on “select your files” and though an explorer window opens up on my computer, no media seems to be the correct supported type. See attachment.

    Hi @mattjd,

    When the explorer window opens, the accepted file types should be listed on the bottom right of the explorer window. Unfortunately I can’t see them on your “Capture2” screenshot because it is cut. Could you please take a screenshot of the entire explorer window ?
