Hello,
is it possible to show the admin login view for ‘usual’ intranet users too? Please have a look at attachment-1. I want the left version to be shown to users when they visit my domain https://domain.com and not the right version.
Best regards

Hi @knowmates, 🙂
To achieve this, please go to Customize > Appearance > Login and uncheck Display login form in a modal option as shown in the attached screenshot.

Hello,
that is nearly what I wanted but is it possible that the user does not have to click on “Log In”? Futhermore I want the 2-column-layout with the big image on the right side initially after loading https://intranet.domain.de.
Best regards

Hi @knowmates,
Thank you for your feedback. I understand know what you’re trying to achieve. 🙂
To do so, you need to privatise your website. To do so, we recommend you My Private Website to make you entire website private. Simply install and activate this plugin, and then go to the plugin settings page (Settings > Private Site) in order to adjust options according to your needs.
If you need more help, this tutorial seems to explain every steps in great details: How to Make Your WordPress Blog Completely Private.
Hope this plugin will answer to your needs.

Hello @Manathan,
we just noticed during the registration process that after clicking on the link in the email the user gets redirected to the 2 column login page (form on the left, image on the right). Here it is not possible to log in because the activation key was not activated. With “My Private Site” > Site Privacy > Enable login privacy the user has no chance to activate the key.
How con we use the 2 column login page furthermore and also link the user to the activation page within the email?
Best regards

Hi Knowmates,
It seems this issue has already been adressed to the authors of My Private Site plugin: user cannot activate account with Buddypress.
Please note that this issue is related with the use of a third party plugin, not with the use of your theme. As theme authors, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.
To go further, we invite you to ask for more help from the plugin authors and post your request on their support forums: My Private Site Support.
Don’t hesitate to share the solution with us. I’m sure it will help other users facing the same issue. By doing this, you will be making a great contribution to this forum, and we thank you very much for that! #SharingIsCaring 💪🏻
