The “Capture1” screenshot refer to an alert message. Unfortunately, we do not have an option to change the color of the records.
To change this color, simply add the following code snippet to your website:

Capture 2 is a form on 3 pages from Quform WordPress v2 (premium version). It works fine with your theme, only this little mention Page 1 of 3 is blue.

Unfortunately our theme is not compatible with the “Quform” plugin and we don’t want to provide code snippets related to an extension we haven’t tested and approved.
I advise you to ask for help to the support of this plugin.
