Hello,
I try to make changes, but rarely those that are visible : neither colors, nor fonts, nor volume (like the size of the logo, for example)… However, I refresh, I empty the caches, I delete the history of browsing with caches with, I restart my computer…. Should I delete the theme and reinstall it again? Or is there another solution?

Do you use a cache plugin on your website ? IS there a cache feature on your host ? It looks indeed like a cache issue. 🤔

Seeing that the changes were not visible, I installed a cache plugin. But that didn’t change anything. So I uninstalled the plugin and tried again, without results.

My host is Hostinger, it’s franch one. I tink he doesn’t offer a cache service.
Also, in certain places, like the footer, there are elements that are repeated four or five times. Like for example the mention: Developed by the Themosaurus Team for WordPress • Or even the icons of social networks. It’s disconcerting, and even discouraging!
In fact, I’m wondering if I can trade Gwangi’s license for MatchPress one (I think it’s the same developer). Gwangi, in addition to the problems I encounter, is difficult to master.

Thank you for your feedback. There is definitely something strange going on.
It’s best if we take a quick look at this. Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings. You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.
Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.
Please note that Gwangi is a theme, while MatchPress is a plugin. Both have been developed by us. Although they can work together seamlessly, it’s important to understand that licenses cannot be switched between them. Gwangi is sold exclusively on Themeforest, while MatchPress is available on our dedicated website. Consequently, we do not have control over the licenses associated with the theme sold on Themeforest.
