When I activate the child theme, it seems there are so many disability features.
For example, in the Customizing > Appearance > Buttons, I can’t change font family http://prntscr.com/u33sqv and change any site colors as there is nothing show up to choose from http://prntscr.com/u33tkn

Do you know why it’s happening?

Sure. I mistakenly uploaded the first file of the “care-child” file but had to upload the second “care-child” in the care-child first file.
