If you Cities menu is missing, something might have been wrong during the demo content import… You can choose to remove all your content and start the demo import again or simply recreate your Cities menu. If you wish to go for the second option, please give a look to the following new video tutorial:
https://youtu.be/7NxBrk5UWhsYou will see every steps detailed. Just create a new menu, add images to each menu item and display it on your page with the Grimlock Navigation Menu Section. Please don’t forget to set your widget layout to Grid (please review attachment).
It should solve your issue.
