How can I change the registration page by entering text or changing the title?

The Register page cannot be edited directly. However, you can create new member profile field and choose to display them in the registration form.

I am using the buddy press registration form and would like to add some text before the form. Can I edit the php file which will print the page?

To achieve what you’re trying to do, I suggest you to create a child theme.
Once the child theme is created, you’ll have to edit this template : grimlock-buddypress/templates/members/register.php
Note that you have to be careful with this kind of modifications concerning the updates.

After registration(not login) i can redirect in a specific page? Now after first registration the user is redirected to members user list page.

We recommend that you use Login With Ajax as it can help you with redirecting users to a page after they have logged in or registered. Simply activate the plugin and go to “Settings > Login With Ajax”. There, under “Redirection Settings”, you will be able to set the URL that you wish to redirect them to.
Usually, we won’t recommend using both Grimlock Login and Login With AJAX as they almost serve a similar purpose (styling the login forms) but in your case, Login With Ajax will make the login experience a bit smoother using Ajax and it will also provide the redirection needed. On the other hand, Grimlock Login will keep on handling the styling for default WP login forms, when -and only when- they’re visited by your members.

After logging in, if user click on the home page, he is redirected to the members page where he finds other users. Is it possible to hide this list?
