Hi,
Unfortunately, this feature is not available with BuddyPress and to our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to add this feature to your website. We think that this feature requires custom development work. If you wish to know more about how to do this, feel free to give a look to this tutorial:
Using different default Avatar for BuddyPress Users based on profile fields or member type
If you don’t have the coding skills to do this yourself, our recommendation is to hire a freelancer to this job for you.
