i have created 2 profile field group( 1.Base (primary) and 2. mentor)
i want to display each group on a separate page so as when you select membership type then your form will be shown to you

As I understand your issue, you would like to create two specifics forms. One with the mentee membership role, the second with the Mentor membership role.
