Good afternoon
I wanted to consult them because now when an email is sent from the web I do not get the format with header and footer, I only get the content. I have not changed anything in the emails, I have only updated the template. Do you know what may be happening? it is as if now I always send it in plain text, but to the email accounts that sent it accept html so it should be sent as before.

Indeed it seems odd that it no longer works.
We do not make any changes to BuddyPress core emails in our theme or plugins. So this issue has to come from an other hand.Unfortunately, the installation, setting or debugging of third party plugins and external custom development isn’t part of the support we will provide for our theme (Gwangi) and our plugins (Grimlock suite).
A few hints for you or your developper, this issue may come from:
– Hosting Configuration
– The use of a mail sending plugin such as Mailchimp
– Custom development that can interfere with these mailings
– The mail client that can’t interpret the html
– Bug due to the new BuddyPress update (very improbable)I hope you will soon find a solution to your problem.
