Hello friends at Themosaurus,
I wanted to reach out because I recently purchased the Themosaurus theme based on the demos I saw.
In those demos I saw tons of event pages and was under the impression these game with the import. How do I go about getting the events pages from the demo?

Hi Shikoro,
Thank you for reaching out!
Our theme offers a built-in setup wizard if you wish to import one of our demos. Note that you can always start it manually in Dashboard > Appearance > Theme setup. After launching the theme setup, the demo should be imported successfully.
We hope this will help! 🙂
Kind regards,

Hey Manathan,
I have already ran the demo importer, however it does not allow me to add a lot of what I see on this demo:

Main features that pulled me to this theme was the documents section, all of the events pages such as todays event, calendar, and the dashboard with popular posts.
Let me know how I can accomplish this, the only page I seem to find is the /events page.

I understand now your concern.
Please note that when importing a demo, some content is not imported. For example: users, groups, activity stream and events. These contents are not imported because they are “fake” contents that we have created for our demo. The user has to create his own content. However, be sure that the style will be the same.
To Add the events feature to your website, you need to install The Events Calendar plugin. Then, you’ll have a notice on the top of your dashboard to install Grimlock for The Events Calendar. The Grimlock plugins are made by us and work with the theme.
Let me know if you need more explanations. 🙂

I actually did that prior, would you be able to explain how to get the Calendar and Todays events as well as popular post on the dashboard?

When I go to add a page to the menu there isn’t anything for a calendar or todays events etc.

Hi Shikoro,
The Events Calendar manage the calendar itself, you can’t create a page and integrate a calendar manually without the pro version of this plugin. To view your calendar, you can go to Dashboard > Events and click on View my Calendar. You can edit the style in Dashboard > Events > Settings > Display. Please find the attached screenshot.
Concerning the dashboard page, please be aware that these are widgets. To add widgets, click on Customize > Widgets > Dashboard and add all the widgets you want.
If you need more help with the features of The Events Calendar, it’s best if you ask directly to the plugin authors. They will be more informed and better suited to help you:
