hi, how i can filter profile by a field in the widget home? i want to show only a people by a field, i see that filter by role but all user will have the same role:customer
what i can do for that?

Unfortunately, this feature is not available with BuddyPress nor with Author Avatars List, and to our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to add this feature to your website. We think that this feature requires custom development work.
