I’m confused about this. Can you help?
Please see attachment. How are these heading made into an h3? There is no option on the front end using the article creation tools to select heading types. Why and who are they h3 headers?
Also, when new articles are created there is only a ‘bold’ option. This only bolds the body text.
What am I missing? Is there any way to allow users to make heading an h3 using the article creation tool?

Unfortunately, we have no clue.
Note that this issue is related to the use of Social Articles plugin. Our theme support this plugin but don’t change the behaviour.
I suggest you to contact the plugin authors. They’ll be more inform to help you. To ask them if there is a solution, please click on the following link:

Just thought you might want to know that the plugin authors for your “social articles” is dead. They do not reply to any inquiries and have not done so in over 4 months.
Any other suggestions you might have for solving this problem?

This plugin has 10.000 active installations and it is still supported. Unfortunately, it’s true that the support service is not optimal, but there is nothing we can do about it.
However, note that other plugins are similar to this one. It is planned to integrate them into our themes. However, we have a lot to work on and we cannot be sure about the release date. Even if they are not compatible yet, they can be useful for you to solve your issue:
