Hi,
There is a display problem in the Groups area in the Media section. It is fine for member profiles. This can be seen on the demo, also.
For example, the member profile page here displays OK – https://dating.gwangi-theme.com/members/themosaurus/media/
But, in the Groups page, the colour of the header changes from white to grey – https://dating.gwangi-theme.com/groups/tattoo/media/
It would be great if this could be fixed in an update soon 🙂.
Thanks.

Hi Nifty,
I’m not sure that I quite understand the issue. The Header image seems fine. (Please see attached.)
Could you confirm that you see otherwise? And maybe provide us with screenshots please? Please don’t hesitate to comment or highlight them to help us better understand your issue.
Thank you.

Hi Olivier,
Thanks for your reply 🙂.
It may be difficult to see, but please see the attached screenshots for the differences in header colour. It’s most obvious when you look behind the “Login” button.
To make it easier to notice, open the links included in my original post in separate tabs, and switch back and forth.
Thanks.

Hi Nifty,
Thank you for your feedback, it wasn’t indeed easy to notice. 😂
We found from where this issue is coming from. There is definitely an issue in our theme which will be fixed in the next update.
We’ll be back to you as soon as the update is available. 🙂
Thank you for your patience.
Best,

Hi Nifty,
Can you please tell me if you’re still facing this issue? We can’t reproduce the issue anymore. We thing that this issue would have been solved during last update. However, we want to make sure of that.
We’re waiting for your feedback.
Thank you in advance,

Hi Manathan,
Thanks for checking in. 🙂
The issue is actually more profound since the update; the header is now grey within multiple tabs of a group’s page (e.g. the “Members”, “Media” or “Forum” pages within a group); the only tab it doesn’t occur on within a group is the group’s “Home” tab.
It’s visible on the Gwangi demo site, too. For example, comparing the header on the “Home” tab:
https://dating.gwangi-theme.com/groups/tattoo/
with the header on the “Forum” tab:
https://dating.gwangi-theme.com/groups/tattoo/forum/Thanks.

Hi Nifty,
We recently released a new version of your theme. Updating your theme, Grimlock plugins and all the other recommended plugins to the latest version should fix this issue.
If you have correctly updated the theme and Grimlock, the problem should now be fixed. You might still be seeing the issue because your browser cache is showing you an older version of the page (browsers do that to load pages faster). So to see that the issue is resolved you will need to empty your browser cache and reload the page. If you want to read more on what browser cache is and how to clear it, here is an article that might help you: How to Clear Internet Cache in Every Major Browser.
To update your theme, you can download and install the Envato Market plugin (envato.com/market-plugin/) on your WordPress site.
Once the plugin is installed and activated, go to “Envato Market” in your admin menu and follow the instructions under “Activate Envato API Connection”.
When this is done, you will see your purchased themes under the “Themes” tab and you should be able to update your theme from there by clicking the “Update available” button.
Cheers,
