Your Hero should not be translated in the Customizer. It should be set in the Customizer for your default language (“English (UK)” ?) and then translated with your translation plugin?
It means that your Hero title, subtitle and text should be set in the Customizer and contain default values for the default language of your website. If your website is first displayed in English, the values set into the fields for your Hero should be written in plain English.
Once it is done, you need to figure WHERE and HOW you will be able to translate these values with your own translation plugin.Every other translation plugin does it differently but they usually make a very good job at translating theme options -which include the Hero title, subtitle and text- because it’s a very standard feature for every theme. The following options are parts of theme_mods_gwangi and should be detected by any/your translation plugin:
hero_title
hero_subtitle
hero_textWE DONT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING TELL US STEP BY STE WHAT TO DO WE HAVE EVERYTHING WPML PRO ETC
