Unfortunately, you will need to manually edit the PHP template to change the layout or add image to this page. This feature is not customizable with BuddyPress and to our knowledge, there is no plugin that you could install to add this feature to your website. This feature requires that you either create a child theme and edit the template yourself or custom development work.
