Wish to have link from home page directed to a subpage which provides tiles of cities in the similar manner as attached.
What template and widgets are to be used?
When I tried creating new page using the customiser, it only attributes the creation to be designated to the home page.
It seems as though only shortcodes etc could make for a new page, to create like the attached, if not on the home page?
In any case, the documentation for creating the tiles as displayed as shown in image:
1. featured images
2. overlay of textI was not able to find in your documents or forums. Is there some instruction you can direct me to?

The “Find People Near You” section of our demo is populated with a WordPress navigation menu which can be displayed on your homepage with a Grimlock Navigation Section widget. You can edit the menu in the admin panels of your website if you still possess the demo content and you can add your widget through the Customizer.

Important note: please make sure you have Menu Image (https://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-image/) installed before editing your menu pictures. ?
