I was speed test my website in Pingdom.com and I found out there was a content size by domain is from Youzer , may I know where and how I remove it ?

How to Completely Reset Your WordPress Website Without a Plugin

If you want to reset your website, you simply have to reset your WordPress database using WP Reset (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-reset/) to start with a fresh install.
You can easily install the theme by relaunching the setup wizard, as it will programmatically do every steps for you.

After reset my WordPress how about all my data before ? I did try back and restore my whole site in a fresh site it’s Same working like reset WordPress ? Because I got ton of member database there I can’t delete and redo all these .

When you reset a WordPress website, you lose any data. Reset a website gives you the opportunity to start with a fresh install.
Why exactly would you like to reset you website? Please be more specific so we can find the most suitable solution.
