Imported demo not finished

    Hi, I am experiencing some issues here with importing the demo, it finishes importing but when I view it in the site it is not complete.

    I have tried to deactivate the plugins and updated them but still, it does the same thing. can you please help I am really not sure of what to do next because I have tried to follow what are people have tried in the forum but to me, it does not work. I am new in WordPress development so I am not sure of what to do next.

    I have attached some images below.

    We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. 🙁

    We’re not sure to know what is causing this issue as we’re not facing it with our demo or any other website. If something went wrong during the import, it’s recommended to address the issue right now as it might lead to other problems in the future. First, we recommend that you take look to this post, as it addresses the most frequent demo import issue and how to fix them:

    Demo Import Troubleshooting – Common Issues and Resolutions

    Then, if this issue persists, our best guess is that it is caused by some conflicting third party plugin or some extra code snippet as we don’t encounter this issue with our demos.

    In this case, could you deactivate all plugins that have not been installed with your theme during its setup and all existing custom PHP code snippets please? And then, could you confirm me that the issue is still persisting please?

    Please also make sure that you have the latest theme version and that all recommended plugins are up-to-date. You could also consider clearing all activated caching system as well as your browser cache before investigating any further.

    Hi @khanyiso10,

    I have taken a look at your website and it seems like the demo import has worked successfully. But I see that you have tried to import 2 different demos on the same website which is why the website appears broken. I recommend that you try to re-import your demo on a fresh WordPress install.

    Then if think you are still experience issues during the demo import, please try to follow the troubleshooting guide that @themodactyl linked in his reply above.

    Also, in regards to your screenshot of the “Members” page, please note that the fake users on our demo website will not get imported on your website, which is why the message “Sorry, no members were found” appears.
