    Hello Themosaurus Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I’m reaching out to report a critical issue I’m facing on my website, and I’m seeking urgent assistance to resolve the matter. Recently, I’ve noticed that some of my published pages are redirecting to a 404 error page, claiming that the content is not found. However, the pages are indeed present and accessible in the backend.

Here are some details about the issue:

Symptoms: Published pages are intermittently redirecting to a 404 error page, despite being present in the backend.

URLs Affected: Custom Pages in the Footer

Reproducibility: The problem seems to occur randomly and is not consistently reproducible.

    Error Messages:

    404 • Page not found

It looks like nothing was found at this location.
Maybe try one of the links below or a search?

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

    Clearing browser cache.
Checking for conflicting plugins or extensions.
Reviewing server logs for any error messages.

Despite these efforts, the issue persists. I would appreciate your expertise in helping me identify the root cause and provide guidance on resolving this matter promptly. My website is an integral part of my business, and any downtime is critical.

Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

    Best regards,
    Kokiri

    To Support,

I’m sorry I made a topic in such a quick hurry. I have resolved the issue. It had to do with my Permalinks. Not sure what happened, but I just reset the permalinks.

    I have learned that:
404 errors usually cause by 3 things
    1. missing SSL
    2. missing files
    3. permalinks

So in other words I fixed my own issue too soon haha.

Thank you in advance and Happy Thanksgiving to the staff of Themosaurus!
