    Hello,

I created a couple of knowledge base articles. Though I see the categories in the frontend Wiki list (https://flatalley.com/knowledge-base/?top-category=faqs), I don’t see the newly created articles (screenshot attached).

    Can you please help?

    Thank you!

    Hi @surya1,

Could you create a new website user for us please? If possible with administrator capabilities so we can make a quick check of your settings.
You can post the user name and password in your next reply and mark it as private to keep this between us.

Also, are we free to deactivate plugins for our tests? In this case, I invite you to make a backup before we investigate your website further in order to make sure you don’t loose any data if something goes wrong.

    Thank you.

    Hi @surya1,

Your knowledge base is currently set up to use a “tabs” layout. To use this layout effectively you need to have more than one level in your KB categories (as on our demo).
The top tabs represent the first level while each “card” represents the sub-levels. Each sub-category also contains their associated articles. You can take look at the screenshot attached to this task to see the actual configuration of our demo.

If you don’t want to have several levels (and therefore no tabs), you can change the layout of your KB to another (category focused or basic) via the settings of this plugin (cf. screenshot).

    Hope this will help!

    Regards,

    Surya
