Hi Benalty,
Thank you for buying our theme. We hope it will meet all your expectations! 🙂
Please note that our theme is compatible with these two social plugins:
- WordPress Social Login: WordPress Social Login
- Nextend Social Login en Register: Nextend Social Login and Register
However, it seems these plugins don’t integrate Discord yet. After some research, I found this plugin: Discord Social Login for WordPress and WooCommerce.
I think it might suits your needs. Please note that this plugin has not been (yet) tested with our theme, but everything should work fine.We hope this plugin might help you get what you’re trying to achieve.
Cheers,

When you say “our theme is compatible”, can you please expand on that?
The plugin that I am using, works if I navigate to the login url. What I am trying to accomplish in a simplified login flow.
With your theme.. There is a Login/Register button on the top right of the page. Clicking on Register, takes you to the registration form, and clicking on Login, opens a login modal for username/password.
What I want to accomplish is to take those two buttons and combine them into one. So when a user clicks on the button, they are presented with a modal that directs them to login with Discord. This I assume will require editing whatever file that calls those buttons to be there.

Hi Benalty,
When a plugin is labeled “Compatible” with our theme, it means we tested the plugin and made sure the style of the theme is correctly applied on the plugin’s features. 🙂
The default buttons “Login” and “Register” are automatically managed by Grimlock Login and you cannot easily edit them. If you wish to edit this, it requires custom development. We only share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.
To use custom links, you have to use the logged out menu. You can display this menu by deactivating Login and Register buttons in Customize > Appearance > Login. Then, in this menu, you’ll be able to add all custom links you would like to add. However, you will not have the modal anymore.
Hope this will help you.

Thank you, that did help. Now, it displays the buddypress avatar that links to /register. When you hover over it, it will display the login/register link from the Oauth.
Is there a way to edit this so that it only shows “Login/Register” button? And not an avatar or link to /register?

Hi Benalty,
When hiding the default Login and Register button, the avatar is displayed to show the Logged Out Menu when hovering it. This menu is entirely editable in Dashboard > Appearance > Menus. However, it will always be displayed when overing the avatar. This is standard behavior with our theme, I’m afraid.
As this is not breaking the website, changing this is considered customization work. Unfortunately, this is a service that we do not provide. We only share snippet only to solve issues with our theme. Any further request for CSS snippets will have to be part of a defect that needs to be fixed urgently. No snippets will be shared otherwise.
If you want to go further with the customization of your website, we advise that you hire a freelancer to do it for you.
If you’re on a tight budget, we recommend you to require the services from Fiverr. This web platform gives you access to developers who already have experience with theme customizations, and for very competitive prices.
Disclaimer : we have no affiliation with Fiverr and are only recommending it as a starting point and a popular option for those who might not be sure where to look when in need of some custom work.
Thank you for your understanding.
